Summer SOULstice Vendor - Full Table
This option is for vendors who wish to have a full table inside the event hall for the duration of Summer SOULstice.

Includes event access from 9AM–5PM, lunch, snacks, and access to all our AM activities
Our event tables are 96" x 40" farm tables. We the Host will provide the table, two (2) chairs, and (option+limited) access to an electrical outlet (we recommend bringing a standard 3-prong extension cord that is 6' or longer), and access to the onsite WiFi. You the vendor are permitted to bring decorative materials for the table (table cloths or skirts, signage, etc.), 1 additional business representative, promotional literature, free samples, and products for sale.
✦ You will have one full table on the day of the event, measuring 96" L x 40" W.
If you are providing promotional materials for the swag bags:
✦ Promotional materials for our swag bags are limited to one (1) single or double-sided page that is no larger than 8.5"x11". This is optional and you do not have to provide anything for the swag bags if you do not wish to do so.
✦ You will have to supply your promotional material one week in advance of the event in order to be included in the swag bags.
✦ Your materials must supplied in the format you want them delivered (already printed, already folded, etc.)
