Summer SOULstice Vendor - No Table

This option is for vendors wishing to provide promotional materials for our event attendee swag bags but not have a physical presence at the event—a great option if you have a conflict on this day but don't want to miss out on connecting with our attendees!

✦ You will not have a table on the day of the event.

✦ You will not be able to attend the event as a vendor (you may still purchase a ticket to attend as a participant though!)

✦ Your business logo will also appear on the Sponsor + Vendor promotional materials (including event website, event advertising, event decor, etc.).

✦ Promotional materials are limited to one (1) single or double-sided page that is no longer than 8.5"x11".

✦ You will have to supply your promotional material two weeks in advance of the event in order to be included in the swag bags.

✦ Your materials must supplied in the format you want them delivered (already printed, already folded, etc.)
