Summer SOULstice is an all-inclusive, fully-curated women’s wellness event for high-vibe established and aspiring female entrepreneurs. We're looking for both products-based and service-based vendors and sponsors who align with our vision and values:

We're seeking a wide variety of businesses to represent the local community, including—but not limited to—health and wellness (both medical and aesthetic), jewelry and accessories, women's apparel, home decor, paper goods, floral and plants, art, beauty, apothecary, photography, food or beverage, housewares, spirituality and woo-woo.

*Note: Vendors applying for a half or full table must be able to commit to full event attendance on Friday, June 20th from 9 am to 7 pm (plus set-up and breakdown). Lunch, dinner, and snacks are included with your vendor fee.

Vendors interested in bringing products or promotional materials must purchase a half table or a full table.

A full table is 96" long, 30" wide, and 29" tall. Vendors purchasing a full table may bring a max of two people to staff the table, and will be provided up to two chairs, access to an electrical outlet, and access to the onsite WiFi. The table and chairs will already be set up on your arrival.

A half table is one full table split between two vendors. A half table is 48" long, 36" wide, and 29" tall. Vendors purchasing a half table may bring a max of one person to staff the table, and will be provided one chair, access to an electrical outlet, and access to the onsite WiFi.

Vendors are permitted to bring decorative materials for the table (table cloths or skirts, signage, etc.), promotional literature, free samples, and products for sale. We also recommend that you bring a standard 3-prong extension cord of 6' or longer as a precaution, or if you need access to more than one outlet. Vendors are not permitted to affix items to the wall or ceiling.

There is no fee to apply, so we encourage you to do so!!

We have three pricing tiers available for vendors!

✦ No Table (Promotional Material only) - $111 

✦ Half Table - $222

✦ Full Table - $444

No payment is required to apply to be a vendor! If you are selected as a vendor, a welcome packet with additional information will be provided, and your payment will be due in full within five (5) days of invoicing.

For Full-Table Vendors

✦ Your business name and/or business logo will be included in promotional material for the event (event website, event advertising, event decor, etc.)
✦ Access to set up your table as early as 8:00 AM on event day (Friday, June 20th)
✦ One 96" x 36" x 29" lightweight folding table (set-up and positioned prior to your arrival)
✦ 1-2 folding chairs (you may have one or two people staff your table)
✦ Lunch and snacks for up to two people staffing your table
✦ Event ticket affiliate program through Kajabi—earn 25% commission on ticket sales made through your referral links!

For Half-Table Vendors

✦ Your business name and/or business logo will be included in promotional material for the event (event website, event advertising, event decor, etc.)
✦ Access to set up your table as early as 8:00 AM on event day (Friday, June 20th)
✦ Half of one 96" x 36" x 29" lightweight folding table (set-up and positioned prior to your arrival)
✦ 1 folding chair (you may have one person staff your table)
✦ Lunch and snacks for one person staffing your table

Vendors who only want to provide promotional materials in the event attendee swag bags do not need to purchase a table! This is a great option if you have a conflict on the day of the event but still want to get your business in front of our incredible entrepreneurs. And your business logo will still appear on the Sponsor + Vendor promotional materials (including event website, event advertising, event decor, etc.)!

Promotional materials are limited to one (1) single or double-sided page that is no longer than 8.5"x11". You will have to supply your promotional material two weeks in advance of the event in order to be included in the swag bags, and your materials must supplied in the format you want them delivered (already printed, already folded, etc.)
