This year's Summer SOULstice event is hosted at Oak + Ivy in Aubrey, located approximately fifteen minutes outside Denton! This 10,500 sqft space has everything we'll need for an incredible 2025 experience.

We are lucky and thankful to have plenty of parking onsite this year! Not driving yourself? No problem! The Oak + Ivy is in the service area of both Uber and Lyft.
Arrival + Registration
Please plan to arrive between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM, and allow 5-10 minutes to get checked in at our registration table. Opening ceremonies will begin at 10:00 AM, giving you time to unwind from your commute, browse our vendors, and mingle with your fellow attendees!
You do not need to bring anything printed or digital to serve as a ticket, just your wonderful self!
Event Release Forms *IMPORTANT*
Prior to the big day, please take some time to review and sign our event waivers! You can save time by signing these online up through June 19th, 2025—otherwise you'll be provided copies to review and sign in person on event day, prior to being admitted to the event space.
We recommend bringing two outfits for the event:
1️⃣ An outfit you're comfortable doing movement in. We'll be kicking off the first stage of our wellness event with yoga and breathwork that's suitable for any experience level.
2️⃣ An outfit that makes you feel like a Goddess 👑 something that's comfortable, bright, and fun!
Optional: SPARKLES for the dance party. ✨
We'll have a small space available for storing a change of clothes if you're being dropped off at SOULstice!

If you haven't taken a peek at our itinerary yet, you're in for an incredible day! To ensure you'll have the best experience possible, consider bringing these items along with you for the day:
✦ a reusable water bottle
✦ any prescription medication that you typically take during the day
✦ your phone and a portable phone charger
✦ business cards to exchange with our badass boss babes
✦ spending money/credit card for our amazing local vendors and services
We'll have a glam table onsite for you to get bejeweled, plus plenty of time to get refreshed and changed following our morning yoga and breathwork!
